Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all clients using Ziteox hosting, infrastructure, and managed services. By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful, legitimate purposes and in a manner that does not harm others or compromise the integrity of our infrastructure.

What You May Use Our Services For

Ziteox hosting is intended for legitimate business and personal websites, web applications, and digital products. Examples of acceptable use include:

• Business websites and portfolios
• E-commerce and service booking platforms
• Internal business tools and dashboards
• Web applications serving real users
• Non-profit and community websites

What Is Not Permitted

You may not use Ziteox services to host, distribute, or facilitate:

Illegal content or activity

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Unauthorised access to or distribution of personal data
• Fraud, phishing, or impersonation

Harmful content

• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
• Content designed to incite hatred based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation

Security threats

• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Tools designed to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email campaigns
• Cryptomining without explicit authorisation

Infrastructure abuse

• Deliberately consuming excessive resources in a way that affects other clients
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent Ziteox's security controls
• Reselling Ziteox infrastructure to third parties without written authorisation

Our Rights

Ziteox reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice if we determine a violation of this AUP has occurred or is reasonably suspected
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
• Report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Cooperate with legal investigations involving our infrastructure

Suspension or termination for AUP violations does not entitle the client to a refund of any pre-paid fees.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or activity on Ziteox-hosted infrastructure that may violate this policy, please contact us at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice and take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
