1. Development Options

Clients can choose between two types of website builds:

Hand-coded Website: Built from the ground up with custom code for maximum performance, security, and scalability. Ideal for businesses requiring full control over functionality and optimization. Includes full source files and CMS credentials if applicable.
WordPress Website: Built using the WordPress CMS for rapid development and flexibility. Easier to manage and cost-effective for content-heavy or blog-style sites. Includes full admin access and downloadable source files.

2. Hosting Services

If hosted with us:

Hosting setup is handled free of charge.
Hosting fee: $10/month per website.
We manage core dependency updates and fix technical issues caused on our end.

If hosted externally:

Hosting setup/migration: $20 flat fee.
Additional technical support/setup: $20/hour.

3. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and client-requested changes are billed hourly. Hourly rates may vary and will be listed live on our official website to reflect changes in demand, complexity, or resource availability.

Typical ranges:

Hand-coded Website (hosted with us): ~$20/hour
Hand-coded Website (hosted externally): ~$25/hour
WordPress Website (hosted with us): ~$10/hour
WordPress Website (hosted externally): ~$15/hour

4. Migration & Source Delivery

Migration to another hosting provider is available:

Migration Fee: $20 flat
Additional time spent: $20/hour

Reason for Migration Fee:

We develop and deploy websites using our internal hosting infrastructure. When a client chooses to migrate the website to their own hosting provider, our team must adapt the entire setup—including reviewing the new hosting environment, preparing files, adjusting server configurations, and ensuring compatibility. This process involves technical steps and pre-migration research, which is why the flat migration fee is applied.

This policy does not apply to projects completed before this document's effective date.
Full source files and CMS credentials (if applicable) are delivered upon project completion for both WordPress and hand-coded websites.

5. Client-Requested Changes

Clients may request design or functionality changes at any time. These are billed hourly based on the live rate available on our website.
Some tasks, such as basic form integrations or plugin setups, may have fixed prices. These fixed service fees are also listed on our website.

6. General Terms

This documentation serves as the official guideline for all services offered by Ziteox.
It is shared with every client before project commencement. By proceeding with our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Legacy clients (projects started before this document's effective date) may receive certain transitional benefits such as waived migration fees.
Ziteox reserves the right to update this document at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, and clients are responsible for reviewing updates as they continue to receive services.
