Subprocessors

This page lists the default third-party subprocessors that may process personal data on behalf of Ziteox when delivering our website and services. For hosted client systems with specific regional or contractual requirements, an alternate or reduced set of subprocessors may apply as agreed in the Hosting Data Processing Addendum.

• Fonticons, Inc. (USA): Icon delivery (Font Awesome CDN)
• GitHub, Inc. (USA): Source code hosting, CI/CD, and source code delivery via our client portal
• Google LLC (USA): Website analytics, tag management, fonts, and maps/geocoding services
• Groq, Inc. (USA): AI-powered website chat assistant
• ImageKit.io (India/USA): Media delivery and image optimization
• Porkbun LLC (USA): Domain registration services (registrant contact details where we register domains on a client's behalf)
• Railway Corp. (USA): Application hosting and backend deployment
• Resend, Inc. (USA): Transactional email delivery
• Supabase, Inc. (USA): Database, authentication, file storage, account emails, and chat data storage
• Upstash, Inc. (USA): Rate limiting and abuse prevention (transient processing of IP addresses and visitor identifiers)
• Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting, deployment, and product analytics
