Can we host a site you did not build?
Usually yes if it is a modern Next.js (or compatible) stack we can operate safely. We review the repo before onboarding.
What happens if we outgrow a plan?
We move you to Growth or Custom when traffic, storage, or support needs change. Limits are explained per plan so you are not surprised mid-month.
How do we get support?
Email and the agreed support channel for your plan. Growth and Custom include higher priority. Build fixes outside hosting care are quoted separately.
