Ziteox provides web development, maintenance, hosting, and support as described in the Website Development & Maintenance Policy. Detailed pricing and service specifics are in that policy.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, content, access credentials, and materials needed for the project. Delays caused by client inaction are not Ziteox's responsibility.

3. Payments

3.1 All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Payment terms, rates, and schedules are detailed in the Maintenance Policy.

3.3 Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables.

4.2 Ziteox may showcase non-confidential work in portfolios unless explicitly restricted.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Sales are final unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Partial refunds may be granted at Ziteox's discretion for projects not yet started.

5.3 No refunds once work begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ziteox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Parties agree to attempt informal dispute resolution before legal action.
